TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required 14 days prior to the trial date with the balance, if any, due on completion. To secure your booking for the wedding day a 50% deposit of the complete package is payable at the trial. The balance is due on the wedding day, paid by cash or cheque.

For spray tanning parties a non refundable deposit will be required 14 days prior to the party date.

CANCELLATIONS

Makeovers can be cancelled at any time prior to the date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable in this event, as the date has already been reserved for you.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

Whilst all reasonable care is taken, responsibility will not be accepted by myself for consequential loss or damage caused by errors or delays in delivery or from any other cause

TRAVEL & MILEAGE

Travel within a 10 mile radius of the centre of Guildford is included in the fee but distances beyond this will be charged at 45p per mile. This will be calculated and agreed at your trial and any additional charges added to the trial/wedding day fee if applicable.

SUNDAYS & BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS

Bookings on Sundays and Bank Holiday weekends will incur an additional charge of 25%.

PARKING

A nearby parking space would be required due to the equipment I will be carrying. Should any parking costs be incurred these will be added to the fee.
